There's only one Poly publication on Earth, as far as I know, and that is Loving More Magazine.
On the web, the closest thing to a central resource is polyamory.org, host of "the big poly list," and a handful of other resources. If you're here in New York, I know folks at our two local organizations: TriState Poly and Polyamorous NYC. In true poly fashion, I am a member of both.
That ought to do it for resources... more if I hear about anything particularly useful.
